Pint Sized Perched Owl
This must be 'Bird Week' because I have three different bird pendants to showcase today! And this little cutie pie is just as sweet as he can be - even if you don't collect owls!! Perfect coordinating colors in both beads and the crystals add more sparkle. It's a little hard to see the pretty silvered glass purples in the wings of this little hooter, but my boro bead at the base ties it all together. A nice piece for all year.
Blue Jay Pendant
A great Blue Jay Pendant, not too big, but large enough to show off this wonderful bead. While I did not make this focal bead, I did make the boro bead beneath it. Hard to see in the photograph, but the Double Amber Purple boro glass has an undertone of the perfect blue to match with the focal. Was going for a look of a wooden 'perch' for this little birdie. I like it!
Tropical Pint Sized Parrot
What a little cutie pie! This sweet little pint sized parrot is so colorful and bright, it makes me happy just looking at it! While I did not make the parrot bead, I did make the little base bead as an accent at the base. The whole piece is just perfect as an end of the summer piece. Thanks for looking in.

Cutest Seahorse Ever!!
Here's the second of two charming sea horses. Look just a bit further down the page to see the other one. These pendants are just adorable. Dainty in appearance but substantial enough to definitely be noticed. Only two available, and I don't think they're going to be around long … really cute right?
Opal Feather Earrings - Yum!
Oh boy I love these. Sterling silver feathers with an inlay of beautiful opals. Hmmm, they just might not make it to a show!! New sterling ear wires made by me give a unique look. I really like these. Thanks for looking.
Rainbow Natural Stone Earrings
Rainbow stones - for the life of me I can't remember what these stones are … but they're really pretty right? Natural stones, mix of mostly blue, a little hint of green and a bar of rust. Sterling ear wires I make myself and Swarovski crystals round out the look for a pair of earrings to wear in any season. Dress them up or wear 'em with jeans. Only this pair available.
Ear Candy
One more pair of earrings using Tree of Life sterling charms and a moon bead with silver stars in the sky. A beautiful pair of ear wires too, made by me in sterling silver. Swarovski crystals finish up the design adding just enough sparkle to catch the eye. Suitable ear candy for every season!

See the Sea Horse
Is this cute or what?!? This pendant is just adorable … a friend did a great job of capturing it's cuteness sitting in front of a starfish prop. I have two of these - similar in design but each with it's own personality. Don't think they'll be around too long tho. Thanks for stopping in to see the new stuff.
Panda Anyone?
A friend did the photography for me and I love this gnarly branch he used. A close up of the focal Panda Bear probably would have shown the bead in greater detail, but the structure of this whole set up is amazing. The whole panda has been etched for a more realistic appearance - except his tiny little eyes. They're bright and shiny, not actually seen in this distance shot tho. A statement piece for sure.
Three Moons
Three beautiful moonscapes, each one with it's own individual personality. I love these beads, so much depth and character.

Oil Slick Sky
Using any Double Helix Glass on a bead can sometimes be a challenge, but 'Triton' is usually one of the easiest to produce a reaction with an adjustment of the flame. These colors were a first for me, and I really like them. Hope they can be duplicated in the future …. but when I use DH glass it's always a surprise!!
Dragon Heart
Here's my version of a Dragon Heart, all dark and swirly, some muted frit on the surface (of course, there's a little purple). BUT with some textured wings! Is it Halloween yet?

Abstract Ammonite Pendant
A new ammonite press has been sitting on the work table for several weeks, this bead resulted in the initial use - the second bead, which of course was much prettier, developed a crack. Deserves another try tho, I do like the results.

Hot Summer Colors Necklace and Earring Set
Orange and red coupled with a turquoise base - sounds kinda weird, right? But I love this combination!! In fact, I liked it so much I made this set, plus a pendant and several pairs of earrings using these beads. These beads were so much fun to make, then slice with a razor blade to get that crisp clean cut all around. Even had enough to sell a few as loose beads. Seems as if I'm not the only one to like this color combo.
"Coin" Earrings
Something a little different using a set of sterling silver 'coin' charms beneath purple and silvered ivory ringed beads. New ear wires with little studded silver spheres to finish off the look. Purple's my favorite color, so these might not make it to the show table … just sayin' !!
Summer Turtle Set
Cool, crisp beach set featuring a sterling silver rimmed turtle as the focal. One of a kind, 'cause it's the only turtle like this I could get. So, once it's gone, it's gone. Another piece being presented at the show in Myrtle Beach the end of this month, but if it ends up coming back home with me … I don't think I'll mind at all!
Shimmery Summer Butterfly
Shimmery Summer Butterfly using my favorite silvered glass "Triton". It still looks so pretty even when covered with another layer of transparent glass on top of it. Pretty for summer wear, but I think you'll love to wear it all year long. Sure to garnish some compliments.
Summer Bird Pendant
Pretty little bird pendant using copper green. Just right for that cool green outfit you were planning to wear. Simple, but still a unique piece to grab the attention of an admirer. I like it!
Silvered Glass Pendant
Such a pretty organic silvered glass pendant. Classic and stunning. Slightly different look all the way around the bead, but all shimmery and smooth all the way around. This side sort of looks like a distant moon hidden behind some nighttime trees.
Summer Stripes Earrings
Some Summer Stripes disc bead earrings. New ear wires I'm liking a whole lot, slightly dressier look, but I'm wearing them all the time. Very comfortable. Go with everything color - easy.

Owl on a Branch
Hooty-Hoot!! Such a sweet silvered owl. He's got just the right amount of silver glass to give a shine to his wings and the top of his head. This is one of only three owls I have this summer, each one quite different - it's hard to figure out how many pieces with a specific theme to make. But, too much of even a good thing is boring, right? I'd rather make something different every day, that's kinda why I'm doing this whole glass thing anyway. Thanks for looking.
Silvered Fish
This little fish has a whole lot of silvered glass on the surface, lots of shimmer that doesn't show up well in my meager photography attempts. But he's as cute as he can be and will be waiting for those 2 special 'fish' collectors at the show in Myrtle Beach - they always stop by to make their fish purchases as soon as the show opens.
Moonscape
Such a beautiful pendant - can you see the sparkly dichro in the mid section? Much prettier in person. Fine silver stars in the sky, mossy growth on the sandy river's edge - such a pretty, unique piece. One of a kind so once it's gone, that's it!

Here We Go! Take A Look. New Earrings!
Please take a look, it's been so long since I've posted new earrings. There are new ear wires, and new bead designs. Most are one of a kind, so once they're gone, they are gone!
Here we go! Earrings all lined up.
New earrings, new ear wires and new designs. All lines up for you to see. Come see them all in Myrtle Beach - if they last that long. Most are one of a kind, this is it!
Earrings! Here They Come.
All in a row, lots and lots of earrings. It's been so long since I've had some new ones. New ear wires and new beads.
Earrings! Earrings! Earrings!
New ear wires and new beads. I haven't showed earrings in such a long time. Most of these are one-of-a-kind too, so once they're gone, that's it! Come see them in Myrtle Beach in July, that will be their debut.
Ocean Sea Shell
This is the newest shell and I like it so much better. The addition of the ocean, waves and sun was a last minute decision, but it worked. Getting ready for a show in Myrtle Beach, so there'll probably be a couple of these. Hope you like it too.

Feathering Feathers
This is my second feather pendant, and I like it even better than the first. It's a much larger version, and I just love the purple dots (EDP). STILL a difficult color to work into a piece, but it's still a favorite. A really nice piece that will make it's appearance at Myrtle Beach. Always a great show.
Kitty Cluster
These are just so cute, they had to be pictured together. Fun kitty pendants for all those cat moms out there. Brand new efforts for teaching "Critter" beads at NC State University this Fall. I pretty much like each outcome and hope my new students will as well.
Fantasy Flower
This is a real first for me, a fantasy flower. Marcy Lamberson demonstrated this flower and I wanted to give it a try. She gave excellent instructions and her soft and soothing voice calmed any trepidation I had. It turned out pretty well, altho it needs tweaking in several different directions. But it was really fun to do and gave a boost to the day.

Chubby Puppy Bead
The first little puppy bead turned out so well, thought I'd give it another shot with a second one. This chubby puppy has brown and black fur that's been etched for a soft brushed finish. But his little nose and his little dark eyes are bright shiny and cute. He looks a little bewildered maybe, but I'm happy he's here.
Rowan's Puppy Bead
My niece got a fluffy puppy for her daughter Rowan so I thought to make a bead for her. It turned out pretty well actually, Rowan thinks it looks just like 'Roo' and she loves the pendant. She made me feel so good calling to thank me for it. Yes! ** S U C C E S S **
